Delivery & Returns

At My Luxury Labels we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand the importance of receiving your luxury goods promptly and hassle-free. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders throughout the UK. And, in the rare instance that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order within 14 days. Read on for more information about our delivery and returns policies.

Please note that we also have stock in our Paris warehouse that is also for sale on our website, we also have listings across all social media platforms, if when choosing your item it has been sold we will contact you and either refund or assist you with another choose from are collection.

Delivery

All Items will be shipped via a fully insured, tracked and signed for shipping service within 4 working days unless the Seller advises otherwise  (and this would be noted at checkout).

My Luxury Labels shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.  

Items purchased will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer at Checkout.

Tracking details will be provided to the Buyer 4 day of the Item being dispatched.

Once you've placed your order, we'll process it within 1-2 business days. After that, shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 21-28 business days 
  • USA, Canada, and Europe: 21-28 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Asia: 21-28 business days
  • Rest of the World: 21-28 business days

Please note that these shipping times are only estimates, and they may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase however if you would like to return please read the information below 

If the Item is returned is in a different condition to that sent, My Luxury Labels reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund. Please note that where any plastic coverings or wrappings or original packaging  have been removed or any security labels have been tampered with or have been removed  My Luxury Labels reserved the rights to refuse a return or make an appropriate deduction. A deduction may also be made for loss in value of any Item supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or if is damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging or shipping mishandling. An exchange or credit may be issued at the discretion of My Luxury Labels.

How to Initiate a ReturnIf a return is required the Buyer is requested to notify My Luxury Labels  in writing within 2 Days of Receipt of Item and prior to the Item being sent back. The Buyer must notify My Luxury Labels by emailing returns@myluxurylabels.com and not via social media or any other form. Return instructions and address will be provided within 48 hours of notification and these must be adhered to in full in order for My Luxury Lables to refund the Buyer. Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you with further instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Although we offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
